Carl Palmstierna - Chairman

Excecutive chairman and General Manager of Valbay Swedish branch office. Previously Partner and CEO of ABG Sundal Collier (2002-2008) as head of the Swedish operation and co-head of the Corporate Finance Division. He was also a member of the Board of ABGSC. Before joining ABGSC, Palmstierna worked in the investment banking industry (1977- 1998) in London and New York. Most of the time (1986-1998) was spent at Goldman Sachs where he was selected Partner in 1992. In 1998 he moved back to Sweden and spent four years in private equity before joining ABGSC. Palmstierna holds an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics.

Stefan Hultberg - CEO

Mr. Hultberg is a successful serial entrepreneur. More than 15 years of entrepreneur experience in the IT sector has given a thorough insight in what it takes to succeed. Stefan has been part in multiple start-ups and business innovations and he is also an appreciated management consultant with an extensive network amongst entrepreneurs and in various industries. Stefan has a BA degree from Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science from Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology.

Magnus Westling - CTO

Mr. Westling is a well respected technical professional specialist in system design and system development. Magnus has been incremental in the designing and development of mobile and Internet business models such as LetsBuyIt.com, Lastminute.com and Ericsson IPX. 

Magnus Andersson - CFO

Mr. Andersson is an international financial management executive with extensive financial management and business development experience from many different countries. Throughout his professional career, Magnus has worked in Sweden, Germany, UK and China. He was the CFO of Kaplan Aspect Education group, world's third largest education company. Magnus has a Master of Business Administration degree from Gothenburg School of Economics and University of St. Gallen.
